SUBISU’s customer can recommend SUBISU’s Internet/TV services to his/her friends and closed ones and be benefitted with one month free subscription on their existing services.

This referral program is launched to company’s loyal customers who can recommend SUBISU’s service for their better Internet and TV experiences.

How to Refer

• Log into www.subisu.net.np
• Click on Refer a Friend/Family  Button(top left side)
• Fill the required information for referrer and referee
• Submit the details

How to Check Referral Status

• Log into www.subisu.net.np
• Click on Refer a Friend/Family  Button(top left side)
• Check as SUBISU User
• Place your username and submit
• You can see the details of referee with connection status

How to Claim the Benefit

After the successful conversion of referral (with first payment), customer will be benefitted with 1month free subscription of his/her existing service. Company will automatically extend the service once the conversion is done.

You will also receive SMS from the company once the connection of your referral is done.

SUBISU Referral Program Policies

1. Referral Program is applicable to SUBISU’s existing Customers only.
2. Referral Program is not applicable to Company’s employee for now.
3. Referrer will get 1-month free subscription on his/her primary existing services as a scheme/benefit.
4. To redeem referral scheme, referred person has to be successfully converted to SUBISU’s customer (with his/her first payment).
5. This scheme is also applicable to deactivate SUBISU’s customers.
6. This referral Program is not convertible to cash and also it is non transferrable.
7. Referral connection is subject to network availability.
8. Referral can be initiated with SUBISU’s website for now.
9. No limitations exists on the number of referrals that a client can make.
10. Company reserves the right to change, modify, stop or cancel the policy whenever required without prior notice and shall not be liable for any such modifications.
